We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Records Clerk to manage and maintain aircraft maintenance and operational records for our helicopter and fixed wing fleet. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, airworthiness, and efficient operations.

Candidates with prior aviation or technical records experience will be given priority; however, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and accurate aircraft technical records, including:
    • Airframe, engine, and component logbooks
    • Life-limited parts tracking
    • Time-in-service and cycle tracking
  • Record and track:
    • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
    • Inspections, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and modifications
  • Manage spray and operational records, including:
    • Aircraft utilization
    • Equipment configuration changes
    • Supporting documentation for audits and regulatory review
  • Liaise with:
    • Maintenance engineers (AME’s)
    • Operations
    • Regulatory authorities as required
  • Prepare records for:
    • Annual inspections
    • Audits
    • Aircraft sales, leases, or returns
  • Ensure all records comply with applicable aviation regulations and company procedures
  • Organize, digitize, and safeguard electronic and physical records

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in aviation technical records, maintenance administration, or maintenance planning is preferred
  • Candidates without aviation experience will be considered, with training provided for the right individual
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations (Transport Canada or equivalent) is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with maintenance tracking software, spreadsheets, and document control

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of aircraft component tracking and life-limited parts
  • Experience working with maintenance documentation systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
