Central Helicopter Training Academy is a Division of Zimmer Air Services Inc.   Paul Zimmer, President and Operations Manager of Zimmer Air has taken on the role as Campus Manager for CHTA.   He has demonstrated his hands-on commitment to the students by providing qualified instructors, a FLYIT Professional Helicopter Simulator, Robinson Helciopter Company R22 and R44 training aircraft;  the latest technology in educational tools available, and the construction of a  12,000 sq ft hangar and training facility at the St. Thomas Municipal Airport.
