Zimmer Air Services Inc. has three hangars - two in Southern Ontario and another in Northern Ontario.
Serving our Forestry and Mining customers, the hangar in Thunder Bay is large enough to accommodate helicopters, trucks, spray equipment and maintenance service bays as well as offices and training rooms.

CHTA is a Division of Zimmer Air Services Inc. and is a state of the art helicopter training facility. The 12,000 sq ft building will house offices, training rooms and a hangar. The helicopter chosen for training is the Robinson R44 Raven I. Other types of helicopters also available including an R22. Also available for students to train on is a FLY-IT Helicopter Simulator - students can choose a mix of real flight time and simulator flight time to make their training dollars stretch just a little further.
Students also have the option of choosing other helicopter types for their flight training experience.
